FAQ's
First and foremost, how much do you charge?
We prefer to provide our clients with a fixed quote for each individual project, rather than charging by an hourly rate. This means that you know how much the design work will cost at the beginning of the project rather than unexpected payments at the end of the process. Each client is unique and recieve a tailored quote to suit their specific requirements.
How long will the design period be?
Turnaround times for projects vary depending on the complexity of the design/s. When supplying you with a quote, We will update you on a regular basis with timescales. 4Most Design has the experience to deliver just what you want for your requirements, on time and within your budget.
Can I discuss my project with you over the phone?
We are more than happy to discuss any requirements or suggestions over the telephone. Just give us a call, or alternativley send us an email.
How will I receive my design?
Your final logo design will be supplied to you via email, in a variety of formats for use in both web and print. These will include JPEG, GIF, TIFF and EPS files. Other formats can also be provided on request and arrangements can be made for posted material. On receipt of full payment, the exclusive copyright of the final draft is automatically passed to you. We do reserve the right to showcase any drafts in our portfolio, for promotional purposes on or offline.
I would like you to design graphics but details are subject to change.
We keep archives of all designs we create so if in the future your details change, or the design needs amending, the originals can be altered and the new artwork sent to you.
I want some marketing material designed for print, what do I need to do?
When you first enquire about your graphic design project, We will forward across a schedule for you to complete and return with information on your design requirements. On receipt of your completed form, Wewill be in touch with a quote, timescale for your project and maybe some ideas we though of whilst looking at your requirements! You will need to you supply us with any existing material, such as logos, photos, illustrations and text you want included in the design. We can also source stock photography and illustrations if needed.
Do you provide a printing service?
Yes we can provide printing to our clients. We don't have an in-house printing facility, but we use a reliable, local company who offer competitive rates. We organise printing through this business at cost price. These prices are subject to requirements, and can be quoted on request.
Actually, I need a website...
We provide a full web site development service to small to medium businesses and individuals, however we can also offer a design only service. This is the graphic style and layout of your website, which will be sent to you upon completion to have coded into a fully functioning site. Contact us for further details.
